Request a return or exchange

Contact sxy1.luxury@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.

For change-of-mind returns, keep items unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Worn piercing jewelry is excluded from voluntary returns for hygiene reasons. A lawful hygiene-seal exception may also apply to sealed products after the seal is broken.

Return instructions

We will provide the return address and next steps by email. Use tracked postage and keep your receipt. Our contact address is not an automatic return destination.

Customers cover postage for voluntary returns and exchanges. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return costs.

Refunds and exchanges

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks may need another 6–10 business days. Exchanges depend on availability.

Original delivery charges are generally excluded from voluntary refunds, except where required by law or where we are responsible for the issue.
